Messages with disclaimers appear garbled using Domino 64-bit with Windows 64-bit server

When UTF-8 messages with disclaimers are received by a Domino 64-bit server on a Windows 64-bit server, the messages are received as garbled text.

Display full header information in HTMO Client

HCL Traveler only pushes the "basic" headers to emails received by the Outlook client. Currently, there is no feature available to get the full header information and have it displayed in the client.
