Bring back developerworks so the knowledge contained is no longer lost

IBM developerworks contained a huge volume of knowledge on Domino, Notes, Eclipse, Connections, Sametime etc etc. Please explore to restore access to this valuable library.

Fix "Object Variable Not Set"

Support Scheduled Messages

Many of my users take advantage of the Scheduled Messages functionality in the Notes email client. Not supporting this feature prevents these users from considering switching to the Verse client.
