Rename Process should also change db.Title property

When rename takes place, Title property of users mail file is not changed, and this creates additional calls to helpdesk. Admin manually does this for every user, after every rename.

Now dominal couldn't limit the frequency of mailing.Customers need a new function to limit the number of mails the user can send in per unit of time.

Quota unity

To set the database Quota is always in MB. Better set also in GB. Our maildatabase have a quota at 5 to 20 GB, i must alway calculate the MB to Input in the field.
