RunOnServerWithDocumentContext !!

We all know about NotesAgent (Java Lotusscript and SSJS)

- .RunOnServer, that receive noteid of a SAVED document with parameter

- .RunWithDocumentContext, that receive a documentContext (unsaved) but in Notes client executes with client rights

We are unable to give access a Notes user without "create documents" ACL privilege, and allow to execute an agent getting an unsaved document to work with.

 

What about to create a method notesAgent.RunOnServerWithDocumentContext(doc as notedocument) without need to save document?

    RunWithDocumentContext works with unsaved document bacause used same context: Client -> Client or Server -> Server.

    RunOnServerWithDocumentContext for works with unsaved document impossible to implement because the document needs to be transferred to another context.
