Render views correctly after re-ordering columns

Currently when you have a view with categorized columns and view property "Allow Customizations" enabled, you drag move columns to another position. Unfortunately the view isn't able displayed property.

There are cases when you have similar views with only the first 2-3 columns different. Having the above property work correctly means less work for the application designer as only 1 view needs to be created.
