Get only highlighted text from the Body of the document using LotusScript?

can we get only below yellow highlighted text from the Body of the document?


Tried notesRichTextItem. GetFormattedText and notesRichTextItem.UnFormattedText but not useful. Its taking entire text of the body with and without spaces/tabs but not the highlighted one. Also tried checking via NotesRichTextStyle class but no such property or method found. Is it feasible? Have checked the enhancement in Domino aha and SPR Db but did not found it. Any suggestions? or can I go ahead and create the ER in aha?
