Submitting support requests

I want to report a bug in Domino Designer but there's no option to do this from the Help menu (or the Notes or Admin client).

We can click the submit feedback option which just links to this ideas forum, and there's a link under Resources\HCL Customer Support which just opens the customer support page.

The HCL chat is for "non-product related concerns" - are there any other types of concern?!

When I access the support portal to submit a case and login, I get a 403 App Not Assigned error and recommended to contact my administrator (who is currently on vacation).

Why is bug reporting only allowed by individuals who are authorised to do so?

Why is it so hard to submit a technical support request?

It feels like HCL make it difficult because there are so many bugs... sorry but that's how it feels.

    End users can not open support tickets or bugs directly - this is supposed to be done by authorized / named individuals only. e.g. the administrator who has the permissions to open support tickets at HCL.

    PS: users can join the support forum and post questions over there.
    This AHA platform here is for feature requests and new ideas, not for reporting bugs.
