Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Allow 'Disable when' formula for buttons both in forms and in action bars

Set a formula to *display* the button but make it inactive, rather than have to hide it

Or worse, I currently have to have two buttons, one greyed out and only visible in, say, Read mode and the matching one in full colour, only visible in edit mode

For actions, I use formula to change picture and same formula (first line) to @return(@nothing) in case it should be "disabled"? Sometimes I like to display a different icon instead of only "grayed out". This should otherwise programmable as well ?
