Monitoring feature of LkMgr's long held Lock

If Lock Manager lock the database for a long time, the following error shows in domino server console only.

LkMgr BEGIN Long Held Lock Dump --------------

Administrator want to receive alert  when the message shows repeatedly,  Because it means database accessing problem would occur.

Currently,  there is "database monitor" or "server event generator" for monitoring the specific database. However there is no way to monitor unspecified databases on a domino server.

I have seen cases, where the Lock Manager will never become released, until the server runs out of working threads. In the worst cases, the server was running into "Recovery Manager: Log file is full", which one of the most catastrophic failures in Domino, where lots of databases can become corrupted.

I believe it is very important to monitor this condition.

Domino should actually pre-emptively declare a Panic in such unresolvable hang conditions.

And we also have a customer request for this feature.
