Follow and Notification

I would like to receive notifications about people and content that I am following with iPhone, iPad or Notes client (or device notification function).
And I'd like to access document contents quickly from client application (HCL Nomad or Notes) which started by tapping or clicking on notification.

The user can follow any application, view, document, or user (Person document in the address book).
Domino notifies any device to any device when content is updated or someone performs action such as posting.

I also want Notes / Domino to have "follow and notification" features just like IBM Connections.
