Is there any specific reason for this request? Can you provide some background on what your customer is trying to achieve here?
From the server's point of view, this is just another Notes client session. There is no difference between a user clicking a button and a script running on behalf of the user on the client computer.
You can prevent other non-Notes programms to create a NotesSession without authentication - see Notes client / Settings / Security Settings
