Support double byte characters for Domino naming requirement

Regarding Domino naming requirements, using double byte characters is not recommended and not guaranteed to work.

However, administrator can use double byte characters for registration of Domino domain, organization, organization unit, server name, group name, etc.

This is an enhancement request to support double byte characters for registration of Domino domain, organization, organization unit, server name, group name, etc.

If it is not supportable, please prohibit it completely as the following request.
