I am administrator of IBM Domino start from v8. I always have the management problem on the database quota.
The company I am working have over 500+ users (and increasing). We have 3 servers for the mail databases. 1 pairs in primary site and 1 in DR site, each of them have an replica of the mail DBs.
Because our users are lazy on archiving email and we have to control the usage of server hard disk, we only initial 1 GB quota for new users. Let them know there is an "Archive" function in IBM Notes.
Afterwards, we will review the quota based on their usage and title ranking to increase their quota periodically.
But every time we have to repeat 3 times to make all replicas have same quota limit settings. So...you can guess we use lot of time do this management.
Therefore I am really hoping that there is an option when creating replica on domino v10: synchronise database quota setting.
