Recalled Mail Cause Misleading Info in Mail Tracking Database.
We sent test email to my colleague and track the email in tracking tool, status shown as delivered.
Next, we recalled the email and re-track the email delivery status and it's shown as deleted.
This will lead to administrators and user's confusion because user will claimed that he/she never received those email and how come the status was deleted. While in administrator's perspective upon looking into the delivery status (deleted), administrator will thought user may accidentally deleted the email.
Maybe can put remark such as deleted-recall or something else to differentiate between email deleted by user action or deleted by message recall.
