Add the alternate name support on Web in Resource Reservation template

Resource Reservation database on Web always shows user name as Primary Name even if the user name has the Alternate Name. Resource Reservation database on Notes can show Alternate Name when the Alternate Name is enabled on the Location document.

iNotes and iNotes DJX supports Alternate Name. Resource Reservation database is often used with iNotes or iNotes DJX. Please add support of Alternate Name to Resource Reservation database/template (resrc90.ntf) on Web.
