Allow to exclude servers from session and activity logging -- specially needed for Traveler

Activity logging in databases is limited by the number of entries. And in addition activity/session logging on log.nsf is creating one document per session.

There are situations where specially servers among each other cause a lot of session activity.
For example Traveler servers open a new session every 3 seconds if new the notification API indicates new data.

This is causing overhead and in addition is it if flooding the database activity. Which means we are having less space for important activity logging from users.

Having a way to exclude users, OUs like */Srv/NashCom/DE or at least just to exclude sessions with the type server would make sense.
