Please extend WebDAV to include calDAV & cardDAV support for contacts/calendar syncing

calDAV and cardDAV are open standards for access to calendar & contacts, and IBM is all about open standards!

We already have support for iCal, vCard, and webDAV in Domino... please stitch them together to provide calDAV & cardDAV support.

To bring that topic back to HCLs mind. CalDav support would be a really good enhancemnt to fetch and use the calender from Domino. As far as I know the only protocol which can be uses is ActiveSync. For the strategy "Client of your choice" this is a bit less. :-)

I completely understand why HCL do not want to implement EWS to traveler due to its end of life in 2026.

To have CalDav in DOMINO or Traveler would also help a lot for all the native MacOS Users out there. I use Notes on Mac but to have a quick look into my calender without fireing up my whole Notes Client would be great.

It's very urgent to get this feature. Syncing Contacts and Calendars is an essential part of mobile working strategy. It's time to implement this in Domino.
