Allow shortname for Domino authentication

https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/de/SSKTMJ_10.0.1/admin/conf_controllingthelevelofauthenticationforinternetclie_t.html

Authentication required using "Fewer name variations with higher security" allows UID (short name) when using LDAP, but not when using native Domino (see document above). To use the short name for login is very common and in order to align with LDAP, we would like to use Domino short name without to switch to "More name variations with lower security" or customizing the pubnames.ntf view used for authentication.

It might make sense to add "Allow login using Shortname" as a sub-option of "Fewer name variations with higher security", as it may actually make "higher security" slightly less secure. The administrator should have an option to make this decision.
