Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Make location of Slide-in notifications adjustable and sticky

File-Preferences-Mail-Sending and Receiving (Alerts) is set to 'Slide in a summary'
(this is a sop to ex-Outlook users who can't or won't cope with noticing an icon in their taskbar)

Summaries slide in from the rightmost lower corner

When working with two monitors, it doesn't slide in on the rightmost corner of the screen in which Notes is maximised, rather on the rightmost screen - pretty useless if you work in Notes on the left screen

This would not be an issue if you could move the slide-in and let its location be sticky

So, PLEASE make the slide-in location sticky - let users put it where they want and let it stay there

Trouble with using Native OS notification is, let's be honest, most users will be using M$ Windoze, and 'native' means "changed at the whim of the designers"

Or better, use native OS notifications!
