Route specific sender id external domain by alternate path

Using the option "“Relay host for messages leaving the local Internet domain" customer would like to achieve the following:

1. When mail is from *@domain.com it will be forwarded to X.X.X.A
2. Then when mail is from specific_user@domain.com it will be forwarded to X.X.X.B

Domino will do a relay to all user present in the server if the field “Relay host for messages leaving the local Internet domain” is used.

The possibility to choose routing based on the sender address, not only the destination address would be really appreciated.

This is useful when using specific Registered Electronic Mail (REM) identities that needs to be sent though specific mail relay.

    E.g. the Italian PEC.

It is importan for customers who have special requirements to mail routing and extra layers of protection. It is also important to support DKIM, DMARC tagging of delivered mail.

When you have different customers and organizations on server it would be fine if you can add different relay hosts based on senders internet domain. When you set up support for DKIM and DMARC records, these will be limited to internet domains.
