Many customers use load balancing or network sprayers to provide high availability for their iNotes users. Having this issue in place means that moving to Web Federated Login is not possible as documented in https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21975613

    We know of several customers using iNotes and Web Federated Login in Domino clusters using Load Balancers. They are affected by this issue, and are looking for a fix.
