SAML encryption/signing key - make more options available

If you create a saml configuration inside idpcat.nsf, there is a button "create SP certificate" to create a saml encryption/decryption key for the IDP. This key is valid 40 years and is a self-signed certificate (missing some certificate roles).

Make an option available to fill out these certificate fields or importing the certificate from domino keyring (or other certificates) into the idpcat.nsf document.

    If you do not wish to use the self-signed certificate, you can replace it with a third party certificate. The steps for this are outlined in this article: https://support.hcltechsw.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0079746
