HCL Domino Ideas Portal

Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Ability to see orphaned mailfiles

Sometimes, mailfiles are not deleted because of legal reasons or when you choose the wrong options during a "Delete User" actions.

It should be nice if you can see somewhere which mailfiles do not belong to a user anymore. You have to set, somewhere, which folders are included in this check.

You could run a script that compares the Domino Directory with the MailFile field in the users person document. Anything that doeas not have a mailfile (or mail-in) database document pointing to it is probably orphant.
