Handle TNEF messages 'seamlessly' and maintain fidelity to original Outlook message

The customer wants us to deliver TNEF messages to Domino recipients while retaining 'seamless fidelity' to the original Outlook message.

We currently deliver the TNEF textual data 'as is', as plain text, and extract other supported TNEF elements, such as file attachments and Calendaring & Scheduling (C&S) data, and add them to the delivered message.

However, the TNEF stream also contains the original Microsoft Rich Text Format (MS RTF) data; that is, the text with markups to specify typeface, font effects such as bold and italics, etc, as well as any other document elements (e.g., tables).

In order to deliver TNEF messages to Domino recipients with greater fidelity to the original message, at the very least we would have to translate MS RTF to HTML and perhaps also to Notes Rich Text (NRT).
