Enable local archiving in the new light weight client

I heard that HCL is planing to built a new modern light weight client. Please put a high priority on the following ability related to archiving :

  1. Enable manual archiving to a local NSF if the policy allow it
  2. Enable scheduled archiving to a local NSF as dictated by the policy
  3. Enable opening of any local archive DB assuming that user have access to it and it is not encrypted.

That way, we can consider the new lightweight client to be an appropriate alternative to the existing Notes client.
