Reply Address. Messages sent from a Team Mailbox (Mail-In Database) Merged

In some cases when a user send a mail from a Mail-In Database based on the Standard Mailtemplate  the mails reply lands in the personal Mailbox of the user instead  in the Mail-in Database which is not ideal.  Ideal would be, that all the replied Messages sent from a Team Mailbox will allways land in the inbox of the Mail-in DB. The user's personal email address  should  not be shown in the email message. Bounced messages should return to the Team Mailbox.

This behaviour of the Responses should be a configuration setting in the mailprofile of the Mail-In DB or should be realized with a separate mailtemplate (e,g  Mail-in Databases)
