Publish a secure login / SSO with SAML 2.0 for nodejs with Domino

Afaik the previews of the appdevpack did not include login processes for users, be it basic logon, oAuth or SSO like SAML.

For production scenarios, we need user level security and thus a better way to authenticate with the apps.

Therefore I ask to realize at least the following user authentication scenarios as standard ways to login to a domino appdev pack app:

- basic form auth (login form)

- oAuth (log in with connections, app registered as internal app in CNX)

- SAML 2.0 federated login with IWA (integrated windows authentication), which does not ask for credentials in your windows session after successful domain login

    AppDev Pack now has an IAM service that will handle authentication/authorization through OAuth 2.0.

     

    We are planning future work for allowing IAM to delegate authentication to existing SAML providers.  No estimate on that work at this time.
