Add a fourth HTTP Header in Website Rule Documents

Website Rules only allow for three customized HTTP Headers, often one needs three. There is the server-header-hack, but it's a hack and cumbersome.

    Can be closed: In V10 there are already 20 Header fields...

    Definetly more than 3. It should be unlimited.

    This is definitely needed.  In fact, we need more than 4, so happy to see it fixed in v10.
