Well, it would be possible use Domino's Java capabilities combined with this project https://github.com/eclipsesource/J2V8
VERY unlikely. Node.js has an entirely different memory model and processing, it comes up and down at a different frequency and for different reasons than Domino AND it is industry standard to host node.js middleware nodes using a dedicated infrastructure.
