Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated jointly by the IBM & HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

A view showing unclassified sent emails

Provide a view to show sent emails which are not saved in any folder. It should ease the cleaning of the mailbox.

Why does a sent email always have to be in a folder?

I'm looking for an easy way to (manually) clean up a mailbox. If I open the Sent view to delete older emails, I don't seeĀ  the difference between "important" emails, also saved in a folder, and "not important" ones, not saved in a folder.

If a sent email is present in a folder then it is there on purpose and "must" be kept, not deleted. If a sent email is not present in a folder then it's not an important one and is a candidate to be deleted.
