Allow email view resizing using CTRL + Mouse Wheel for Notes Rich Text Emails

The feature to control the email view size using CTRL + mouse wheel is only available for MIME emails being rendered by the embedded browser (IE) in Notes, however, when doing the same in NRT format email, the view resizing does not work.

 

MIME Emails: can increase/decrease emails fonts using CTRL+Mouse wheel
Notes Rich Text Emails: feature not available

    This should be available in all Documents and Views. Use the sort-of standard CTRL+NumPad 0 to reset, CTRL+NumPad +/- for resize up and down.
