Allow Notes client configuration to truly roam

Roaming is "OK", but there are still lots of things on a user's machine that don't roam, such as some preferences that get saved to notes.ini, and the user's custom dictionary to name a few.  A Notes client configuration that can easily and fully roam from machine to machine would be a huge improvement.
