Improve deletions stubs and soft deletions handling in the Notes Client

Within the database properties dialog:

1.) Show the number of deletion stubs

2.) Show the number of softdeleted documents

3.) Add a button to finally delete deletion stubs instantly optional with a date input (e.g. delete all deletion stubs older than 15.01.2020)

4.) Add a button to finally delete soft deletions instantly optional with a date input (e.g. delete all soft deletions older than 15.01.2020)
 
It is annoying that these important and elementary properties can only be seen with a 20 year old tool called "Notes Peek"...
