To be able to filter by user type in the ACL

We can currently filter an ACL by access level. I think it could be useful to be able to filter by user type as well. Some ACLs can be looked at a glance, but some can be really crowded and take some scrolling to review.

Say a group was suddenly removed from the address book and you start getting reports of people being unable to access a certain database. If you could go to the ACL and filter by 'Groups' it would be easier to narrow the search down.

It could also be useful to quickly see the access of all the servers to a specific database.

In addition, the catalog document could hold more fields to show the users full name.
