Option for Basic Notes Client - Type-ahead shows Server contacts before Local

In Standard Notes Client we have option to set Type-ahead shows Server contacts before Local in Location document or adding notes.ini parameter TYPEAHEADSHOWSERVERFIRST=1 . This functionality is not available for Basic Notes Client . There is a requirement in customer environment to enable this option in Basic Client to show addresses from server first in type-ahead .
