Improve workspace tabs

The workspace tabs as a vertical navigation in V12 is a good step forward.


I would suggest to allow users to move tabs up and down, so the user can reorder the tabs.

Also it would be nice to be able to select/create an icon for a workspace tab, in addition to the color. Like this, if the navigation bar is minified, the user has a vertical navigator with icons instead of colored squares.

    The new vertical workspace tabs are bad. I would like to have an option to have them horizontally again!

    As above plus please allow to keep workspace navigator minimized. Currently after client restart the navigator shows with full text descriptions even if I have minimized it in previous client session. It would also be nice if it could be set by notes.ini / desktop policy.

    Please add the opportunity to hide workspace navigator completely as for Sametime and others on the right side. It appears again after Notes restart.
