Notification or popup message to be added in the Local Mail.box for emails not delivered and held in outqueue

Scenario:

User working in offline mode/not connected to network and using Local Replica.

He sends email and is a business user. The email would be seen to him in 'Sent Items' and he would presume that the email is delivered to recipient.


Requirement:

There should be a notification/popup informing him that the emails is held in outqueue and would be tried again. This would help him in knowing that the email is not delivered.

    This is must feature to alert user on his outbox email clearance on time.

    Outlook has this feature but on Lotus client is not available.

    Kindly consider.
