I have many time go to boss notes client or asking by their sceretary PC to check why "sometime" incoming mail not show at Inbox but goes to All documents. Can't Lotus Notes product architect proper polish the product make sure basic functionality no error. It is very frustuated the problem happen in front of bosses, the boss even can show how the new email not show in their Inbox. Pity the IT manager always got complaint especially top management. I feel more and more corporate top management don't like it just because the product very difficult to use, slow, sometime need asking IT guys to help verify mail send or got new mail or not. For them mail is most critical communication tools and slightly mistake/bug on the mail client they will loss confident to further use it. They even try avoid using business email to communicate.
