Lets say an application consists of multiple apps, but end users do not interact with all NSFs because some of them are used for backend configuration only. How would your idea work in this case? How about applications that share a common data set, e.g. a central configuration database being part of multiple applications. How would the user interface react to that ?
Moving multiple applications from one workspace page to another is possible by holding down the shift key, then highlight select all icons you want to move + drag&drop them on another tab.
And when you create a local replica it should create local replicas of all NSFs in the application group
