Enforce Unique Names for Workspace Pages with Error Prompt on Duplicate

Workspace pages must have unique names, and the system should not allow the use of identical names. If an attempt is made to assign a duplicate name, an error prompt should be triggered, indicating that the name already exists. For instance: "Name already exists, please choose a different name."

For example: In excel, we got the prompt when we use the same name:

    I'm going to reject the idea but instead requesting the SPR ASIACZYANE to be fixed. For other customers also wanting to get this fixed, please open a support ticket against this SPR

    Well, instead of not allowing duplicates, I think we should fix that bug then.

    well ..the suggestion from HCL support is based on, me reporting a bug (CS0447982)

    Try for yourself and give two wokspace pages the same name and see what happens. You do not want that result and the user may not know what is going on

    Well, in Excel this is a technical limitation.
    In Notes we dont have that limitation and I dont think we should articiially introduce this restriction.
