Possibility to add an external email address into multiple repeating meeting in one go

If a user needs to add an external email address into multiple repeating meeting entries, the user can't do it at a time, user have to add the email address manually to each and every repeating invitations.

User cannot add the email address to one entry and automatically update any future meeting invitations.

It seems you have configured your Domino environment to enable "Client Detection" - see Policies/Mail Policy

When this feature is enabled, the client will detect the recipient's mail system based on the email domain of the recipient.

3rd party mail systems CAN NOT receive updates to multiple repeat instances at once.
Each repeat instance MUST be sent individually to the recipient to update each record with ONE "update" notice.

Please blame the recipient's mail system for the limited functionality.

By using the client detection feature described above, we are just reducing the available options in the Notes Client to exactly what the recipient's mail enviornment can handle.
