Adding some parameter or UI setting on Notes to control whether to add a new line before signature or not.

From Notes 9.0.x, when creating a new mail, anew line is automatically added before the signature which is set in mail database.

One customer does not like this new line and wish HCL could add some parameter or UI setting on Notes to control whether to add a new line before signature or not.
