AdminCentral - consistent name picker behaviour

When you are resetting a user password via AdminCentral, you have to pick two names:

  1. The user --> Name picker is in Firstname Lastname format.

  2. The recipient of the user's password --> Name picker is in Lastname, Firstname format.

My idea is that these name picker formats should be consistent. My preference would be for both pickers to be in Lastname, Format - as this is what we usually see when looking up addresses in Notes.
