Make the Toolbar "Search all Mail" available after restarting the client with the "Notes 8 Theme"

The Toolbar "Search all Mail" disappears restarting the Notes client with the "Notes 8 Theme"  

Users are switching their theme to the "Notes 8 Theme" from the "IBM Social Theme" because it's better to read for them.

But after restarting their Notes 9.0.1FP10 - Standard configuration" the toolbar "Search all Mail" is disappearing and they must manually activate this toolbar. But after restarting Lotus Notes its gone once again.

When reverting back to the "IBM Social Theme" it's working fine but they want to use "Notes 8 Theme" and don't want to have to re-activate the toolbar when they restart every week, they want it to be there automatically with the old theme in the same way that it is a function of the new theme.
