Ability to hide Domino Directory people/groups/mail-ins from the Notes address picker

This already exists in the recent contacts (see screenshot 1).

When you have to pick addresses from the Domino Directory when composing mail from Notes for instance, it is often populated with irrelevant entries (see screenshot 2).

I know there is a way of doing this via the Document Properties (see screenshot 3) but this is rather tedious and you do not have an overview, as admin, on which documents haven been hidden from the users.

It would be handy to have like a checkbox on the targeted documents and a view in the Domino Directory to see which ones have been hidden.
