Consistent tab options in Notes V10

There are different options on tabs for the windows option "Open each document in its own tab" and "group documents from each application on a tab".
With the option "Group documents from each application on a tab" there are only the options "Open in Designer" and "Close Group".
With the option "Open each document in its own tab" there are more options visible e.g. "Open In New Window" or "Create Bookmark..."
Please compare the screenshots for a better understanding.
