Warning Message pops-up when background sending mails fails even though out going mails are waitng.

For some reasons out-going mail replication fails sometimes, however users have no clue to recognize the situation.

This happens especially SmartCloud Notes when home server is down.  Actually a lot of compaint have been reported by customers.

I am not sure this issue is product limitaion or not, however this warning mechanism will surely work as fail-safe for both product limitation and non product reason like network error.

Other mailers in the world have similar function that pop-up shows up in system tray saying mail sending failed.

Note that messages in status bar in Notes is not enough.  It is hard for users to recognize it.
