Make it possible to access the database romms&ressources via browserclient

in the moment i need the notesclient to book rooms oder ressources without making an calender entry.

It would be helpfull to book rooms or ressources direct in the database (ressourcen.nsf) without a windows fatclient, only with inotes or verse.

    The web interface of the R&R template, even in v12, is hopelessly outdated. Haven't seen it yet in v14.

    Great idea! Would be very helpful for handle with room bookings from mobile devices.
