support of smiley character in IBM notes v10 Merged

go to setting-->time & language-->
choose a language-->chinese(simplified)-->install it

then add another chinese(traditional, HK)

Then from inotes, send an email to yourself, in subjectline enter smiley icon.

post sent, mail comes to inbox. In inotes, from inbox view as well as when you open the document, you can see subjctiline correctly in new tab.
Now same mail if you open in notes client, subjectline does not display correctly.

Happening in V10 notes client.

Let me know when do we support smiley character(chinese character) in IBM notes
