Import Internet certificates more than 256 characters in length.

Notes does not support Internet certificates with names greater than 256 characters long
To prevent the user from getting into a problem situation, it is important for Notes to disallow the import of a certificate with long name into the id file or into the directory. Also if Notes encounters such a certificate associated with mail, such a certificate should not be allowed to be imported into the local address book via "Add sender to address book".
Lastly, Notes should allow or support certificate with names greater than 256 characters long.
